I can help you process difficult thoughts and situations, and provide you with skills to better support yourself.

Anxiety and avoidance often go hand in hand and can create a cycle that reinforces each other. Avoidance can provide temporary relief and reduce anxiety in the short term. However, by giving in to anxiety and avoiding we miss an opportunity to learn. Together we can work on your avoidance patterns and help you reach your goals.
